Therefore, if you're not 100% satisfied with the performance of your tires, you can exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Just bring your tires, along with the original sales receipt, to the Retailer where they were purchased within 30 days. The exchanged Goodyear tires will be removed, and replacement Goodyear tires will be mounted and balanced — at no cost to you. Certain limitations apply.* |

Goodyear has you covered with emergency roadside tire service. In the event of a flat tire, you can call 1-800-999-9460 and a qualified service professional will replace your flat tire with your inflated spare tire. Roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the U.S. and Canada, for two years after the date of purchase of your tires.
HOW TO RECEIVE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.†
For prompt service, call 1-800-999-9460 and have the following information available:
Show the included card when requested and the Goodyear Roadside Assistance Representative will replace your flat tire with your inflated spare tire or provide a winch out at no charge. If you don't carry an inflated spare and a tow or other services are necessary, you will be solely responsible for any charges incurred. |

The exchange applies only to the same number of tires as originally purchased. If your exchange is for a more expensive tire, you'll have to pay the difference (including sales tax). Likewise, if your exchange is for a less expensive tire, you'll be refunded the difference. Mounting and balancing are included. Valve stems are extra, if necessary. Tires that are damaged due to misuse, road hazards, mechanical problems related to the vehicle, use in any racing-related activities or competitive events, or tires that are removed from the original vehicle are excluded from this trial period and exchanges do not apply. This trial period only applies to the original tires purchased and not to the exchanged tires.
**Ask your Retailer for details. Certain limitations and conditions apply. Services exclude vehicles already at a repair facility or any vehicle which, at the sole determination of the service provider, is in such conditions that service is likely to result in damage to the vehicle. Theft, vandalism and accident-related incidents are not covered. Service may not be available in areas where state/provincial providers are exclusively utilized.
